Fantastic July 5k turnout this week with 23 Tortoises enjoying the summer weather, Liam Convery just pipped Jim Phillips by seven seconds to take the honours in 19.51 in fact only 34 seconds separated the top four finishers !! Congratulations to Karen McLaughlan on posting a PB !!!
