The two closest 10k races to Troon are coming up Dundonald and Irvine, lets ensure we have  strong Tortoise turnouts to support these local events.

Irvine will be a targeted race, each Thursday during July and August there will be a faster option to build up speed and staminia, these will not be long runs but short sharp sessions, look out for the sessions being posted on the home page.
