After a hectic last month of running the ladies championship is hotting up with Lucy Oldham’s marathon time at Loch Ness being the fasted female time this year, with Sharon McNicoll also posting a PB is this race it has changed the leading placings.
Caroline, Lucy and Anne now are seperated by only six points going into the final two months of the season, Novembers 5k should be keenly contested.
Special mentions also to Marion Sloan and Luci Sauter who have both posted impressive PB times in the last few weeks, the Tortoise ladies at the Scottish weekend of running all performed fantastically with impressive times posted by everyone without exception.
