On a very warm night 23 Tortoises turned out for the sixth 5k of the year, we again staggered the start with a 10 minute head  start for those who wanted, this format again was very popular with the faster runners not overtaking any of the first group until the middle of Fullarton Drive , despite the heat three PB’s were achieved – results on the results page tab
