To all Members

The 2021 Troon Tortoise AGM will take place at The South Beach Hotel Troon at 7pm on Tuesday 24th August.

All members are welcome to attend, where the agenda will include, President Report, Presentation of Financial Numbers, membership Fees for 2021/22 & the election of a new committee for 2021/22.

The Club Committee will made up of the below positions, if anyone would like to take up one of the positions please speak with one of the current committee to have your name added to the candidate list before Tuesday 24th August.

Club President – Vice President – Treasurer – Secretary – Club Captain – Membership Secretary – Adult Welfare Officer – General  Committee Member

There will be a run available post the meeting which should last no more than 45 minutes, alternatively members will have use of the room to stay for a social drink and catch up if you wish.

Covid Protocols are in place within the hotel with face masks to be worn when not seated, please respect the venues rules.
