The following races have now been cancelled:

Ayrshire XC Relays on Saturday the 17th October 

The West District Cross Country on Saturday 5th December

The good news is that the following races are planned to go ahead this year. The bad news is you’ll need to dig out your XC spikes and get yourself entered! As always, the very generous club committee will cover the entry cost of the relay races.

For all Scottish Athletics National/District events you’ll need to be be a signed up paid member of Scottish athletics. We’ll also need to take your phone number for Track & Trace purposes.

Event Information:

National Cross Country Relays – 7th November. Cumbernauld House
Entries close 29th October. Need 4 for both men and ladies teams. Master M50 team will run 3 laps. Masters women and W50+ also 3 laps so 3 per team.

Ayrshire Cross Country Championships – Saturday 14th November, Kilmarnock
Entries close 10th November. Full event details can be found here.

Short course Cross country – Saturday 5th December – Lanark Racecourse
Entries close 22nd October. 4K Provisional timings Women – 13.10, Men 13.40pm
