There is the standard single Tuesday session where we run as a group with Thursday’s split into two sessions, a standard run of around four or five miles and a longer training session to improve speed or stamina.

All beginners or new members there will be also options to run shorter distances on all club nights.

Note that if the weather is poor we may change some of the distances, please remember Hi Viz clothing’ be seen and be safe’
