October’s last Thursday of the month activity will be a demonstration of the correct use of a foam roller followed by a stretching session and optional run.
A foam roller can greatly reduce injury and help with tight muscles, the session will be taken by a member of Kilmarnock College Sports and Fitness department and follows last month’s successful circuits training taken by our own Sharon McNichol, we aim to make the last Thursday of the month an indoor based session with different activities.
