24th Sept – George Cummings Road relay (Houston). Can enter team names on day
8th Oct – West District Cross country Relays (Kilmacolm/Kilbarchan)
15th Oct – Ayrshire Relays (Kilmarnock) – Can enter teams on the day
22nd Oct – National Cross country relays (Cumbernauld)
Individual Cross country
5th Nov – National Short Course 4K Championship – King George V playing fields
(Renfrew). Pre entry only. Must be SAL member
4th Dec – West District Cross Country Champs (Ayr) – Pre Entry only. Must be
SAL member
25th Feb – National Cross Country (Falkirk) – Pre entry only. Must be SAL

26th March – 4/6 Stage Road relay (Livingston)
