Twenty six Tortoises took part in the years first club timed 5k of the year, with the weather perfect for running there were some excellent times, January is always a good marker for the year ahead, results available along with Beith road race and Turkey Trot on the 2018 results tab, big  thanks to the timing team

Troon Tortoises run a timed 5k the first Tuesday of every month for all members, we meet at 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday at Marr College gym, new and returning members of any ability are always welcome, come along and give us a try for a few weeks.
