Dundonald was a sea of yellow as over 20 Tortoises competed in the rescheduled running of this great local event.

Liam Convery was first Tortoise over the line in a time of 42.18 followed closely behind by John Mcabe with Ian Henderson completing the podium of Tortoise finishers in a time of 43.15.

Katrine Kelly continued her fine form finishing in 43.13 and securing second overall female well deserved for the hard work put in over the summer period.

Second lady home was Anne Noble with Moira Connell completing the ladies podium places and securing first finisher in her age category.

Special mention also for Gerry Penman who finished first Dundonald resident, well deserved after a long injury lay off.
