As we’re approaching the end of the road-running season and memories of the long, hot summer are starting to fade (along with the suntan), it’s time to look forward to the cross country season !

The dates and venues have now been released and are listed below. If you haven’t tried it before, why not give it a go? If you’re training for a spring marathon or half, then it’s a fantastic way to stay fit and motivated over the winter. The relays are a great way to try it out, you never know, you might even have fun 🙂

Let the club captains (Caroline or Rob) know if you wish to enter well before the closing date. For all other events individual entry on the day.
